Randy Verma, MS, PMP®

 

Randy is InProSure’s ‘Intrapreneur’, having honed his entrepreneurial edge within the IBM global organization and subsequently applied his world-class customer service skills to create significant results for his established and start-up clients, alike.

Randy Verma’s 25 year IT industry career evolved from early technical roles into Senior roles in Program and Project Management.  During his dynamic 16 years with IBM, he led a PMO which became IBM’s largest Dev/Test environment, growing it into a $25M a year business.  Later in his IBM career, he managed server and database migrations for Fortune 500 clients. Randy’s expertise and ingenuity were critical, when working with IBM’s Watson Health division, in a successful initiative partnering with a leading pharmaceutical firm.  The German conglomerate, ThyssenKrupp, provided the platform for Randy to lead a large-scale, multi-year North American IT Transformation effort that show-cased his ability to bring multiple disparate organizations together to achieve a common goal.

Randy earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Alabama, a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University, and has been PMP® certified since 2003.  His areas of expertise include PMO Establishment and Leadership, Program Strategy and Planning, IT Infrastructure, Datacenter Builds, IT Transformations, IT Shared Service, Network Migrations, Disaster Recovery, Data Center and Cloud Migrations, Application Integration, and Full SDLC Management, both Waterfall and Agile.

Chuck Witt, PMP®, ITIL

Chuck Witt has forged relationships in the financial and manufacturing industry by developing delivery strategies that resulted in significant enterprise-wide benefits for his clients.

With over 25 years of IT delivery experience, Chuck is a highly sought-after advisor, respected for his practical and targeted approach.  As a Fortune 500 IT service delivery management leader, he tailored business development and technology alignment initiatives to achieve greater cost reductions and increased economies of scale for his clients.

    

Chuck started his career as a software developer, and eventually lead the development of a manufacturing MRP system.  He transitioned to project and program management in 2005, leading the successful introduction of the first SaaS human resource, time and attendance and payroll solution for a leading payroll company.  Chuck applies his strategic skills to maximize returns for his clients.   His aptitude for understanding a client’s unique requirements has had remarkable results.  In one case, he mitigated over $700M of IT and operation risk associated with the implementation of a business continuity and disaster recovery program.  In another instance, he directed the North American transformation of a global conglomerate’s business unit’s IT operations into a shared services organization resulting in $53M in revenue.

Chuck received his Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Systems from King’s College.  He acquired his PMP certification in 2005 and maintains an ITIL Masters and Six Sigma certification.  His areas of expertise include PMO Establishment and Leadership, Program Strategy and Planning, Disaster Recovery, Data Center and Cloud Migrations, Application Integration, Full SDLC Management, and IT Share Services.
